We are the oldest wish-granting organization in Rhode Island, founded in Tiverton in 1982, and have been granting wishes for more than 27 years.

We grant wishes to children ages 3 through 18 who have a life-threatening illness and live in Rhode Island & areas of southeastern Massachusetts.

We granted 12 wishes in our 1st year.  As of May 2010, we have completed more than 1250 wishes.

The average cost per wish is approximately $5,000.00.

Aside from absolutely necessary office personnel, we are staffed by volunteers.  Our volunteers, friends, and the families we serve tell others about our mission and the "wishes that come true."

We are not a chapter of a national organization, which limits our visibility, but reduces our administrative expenses.  We pay no fees to national organizations or salaries for national headquarters staff.  You can be assured that your donation goes to local children - all money raised here, stays here!

Your contribution is tax deductible.  We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax exempt under the code         501(c)(3).
