Mary-Kate O'Leary has been the Executive Director of A Wish Come True since 2018. Under her leadership, the organization has grown over 220% in revenue while increasing the number of those served by 164%. Her wealth of knowledge as a nonprofit business leader has provided A Wish Come True with financial sustainability and revenue growth, allowing the organization to serve more families.
Mary-Kate has personal experience with having a sick sibling at home, giving her the ability to connect with those we serve. She is a 25+ year experienced Executive Director who has held executive leadership positions throughout the country. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Bryant University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in psychology.
